Interim: Nurses Week

Interim has over 43,000 health care professionals across 41 states, providing nurses, therapists, aides and other health care personnel to approximately 173,000 people annually.
2020 was a big year for National Nurses Week. As frontline workers during Covid-19, IHC nurses were faced with many challenges. Using voiceover from the pioneer of nursing, Florence Nightingale, we created a tribute video for the employees of IHC.
Using a multitude of design and video assets we created a custom website for 2020 IHC nurses week. The website hosted information about the special events during the week, as well as an integrated contest for two digital giveaways. We tracked over 10,000 sign ups on those contests, which lead to substantially more social media interaction!
Our goal was to track website users over the course of Nurses Week 2020 and monitor two contest giveaways. This lead to insights about social media post engagement, responsiveness to contests, and an overall data set of users and their website actions. This helped to optimize the campaign and convert thousands of goal leads!
Our strategy started with campaign graphics. We wanted to modernize Florence Nightingale, the pioneer of nursing, in relation to the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. We did that through a custom design of Florence with a face-shield. If you take a close look at the banner on this page, you will see the dot by dot technique used to draw Florence. Using IHC’s guidance we took the campaign from story board to online within a matter of weeks. This included graphic design, web development, video editing and SWAG design… tracking viewership along the way!
We worked with the Herd on several campaigns now. The marketing strategies and creative assets they produce reflect what is most important to us: maintaining a unique brand identity. They have repeatedly exceeded our expectations in all facets: strategy, video production, graphic design, and website development.
