We set out to produce a series of videos that highlighted the careers of eight Interim employees. As we listened to each employee’s story, we realized the campaign can draw off pieces of their journey that lead them into the health care field. We wanted to make sure that stood true in the graphic designs for digital platforms. This inspired the wallpaper design that fits in the background of most marketing pieces. On top of telling existing stories, we used illustration and animation to conceptualize goal recruits as characters around the campaign. For the recruits to apply, we focused on website UX that encompassed all of this content and fit together like a scrollable story.
